The Future Leaders

These two lovely and curious visitors during the workshop of NTPC at Kalimpong brought lots of warmth in an otherwise cold environment. The mood of the group too warmed up with their smile.

Playing The Waiting Game

These blindfolded participants were totally forgotten by their team leads, which later led to a heated argument among them, and also served as a real life example of the frustration that builds up when things are unclear.

Out of Control

The staff of American Embassy School were actually behaving worse than kids as they re-awakened the kids within. It was great laughter and fun all along though the weather outside had turned extremely violent with heavy rains.

Appreciating Others & Self Too

This moment of appreciation was impromptu for the team members of International Flavors & Fragrances. Everybody realized that genuine appreciation is something that appears to be going down hill now-a-days and thus needs to be paid attention to before it's completely lost.

On The Path of Transformation

One of the participants in the workshop was physically challenged with only one fully functional leg. But looking at the beauty all around, he wanted to summit the Chandrshila peak and visit Tungnath temple en route. There was pain and tears all the way up and down, but I ensured that he did it on his own. A lot changed that day for him and many others in the group who did not complete the trek, in spite of being healthy. It has remained one of the most memorable workshops for me.

Hard to Believe!

When the heart is actually put in a job, the results are actually hard to believe. The lady executive was not able to believe what she had attained in just a short time.

Each is a Follower and a Leader

A leadership workshop that helped all potential leaders connect well with themselves and others around them. It reinforced a simple message that all leaders are considered leaders only because they have some genuine followers. Otherwise they have no value.

Lost & Found

Having worked for over 3 years in the same organization, this was the first time the the participants actually got to know each other. The newly developed friendship based on mutual respect created a new atmosphere of harmony in the company.

Becoming Aware of Self

Leadership workshop for the top management of "Newly Weds Foods" helped the leaders learn much more about themselves than they had ever in their life. Those were some serious moments of revelation for all.

Awakening the Cook Within

There was complete role reversal from the traditional approach where men were made to cook some breakfast while the women took care of other arrangements in the wilderness. It was fun even though the food was a little difficult to bite into.

Safety First!

Some serious safety briefing and climbing tips to the leaders of "Roki Minda".

Wrestling... of a Different Kind

The HCL team had never ever thought or expected to wrestle in this manner. But it was great fun and learning for all who decided to take on the challenge.

But... Seriously!

Some serious debrief post-activity that made client reflect extensively about their reactions and responses.
